Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Потенциальный поставщик в своей тендерной заявке должен указать марку/модель оборудования, наименования производителя, и страну изготовителя и ссылки на официальный сайт производителя с описанием предложенной модели,
предоставить письмо, подтверждающее наличие авторизованного сервисного центра от завода изготовителя Товаров на территории Республики Казахстан.
Гарантийный ремонт оборудования должен обеспечиваться в течении 10 рабочих дней с подачи заявки от Заказчика. Все расходы, связанные с гарантийной заменой (включая доставку до сервисного центра и обратно), возмещаются за счет Поставщика
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
