Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом, тендером или аукционом, не подпадает под действие статей 910-916 Гражданского кодекса РК и не влечет за собой юридических обязательств у Организатора по выбору победителя, поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя), не является офертой, не содержит обязательства Организатора заключить договор с участником.Подведение итогов процедуры Организатор осуществляет в соответствии со своими внутренними локальными нормативными актами.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
