Согласно ТЗ, во вложении. Права выборки товара остается за покупателем. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении. Проект договора АО "АК Алтыналмас". Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом. При поставке товара предоставить подтверждающие документы: сертификат соответствия/качества.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
