Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Заказчик оставляет за собой право изменить количество в одном или каждом лоте, в зависимости от предложений.
Оборудование предназначено для собственного пользования Заказчиком строго на территории РК.
Предлагать альтернативные модели можно только при полном (100%) соответствии технических характеристик запрошенным моделям.
Подаваемое предложение должно быть в силе не менее 20 рабочих дней от даты подачи.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.

Обоснование: По лотам 1 и 3 процедура сбора прошла в штатном режиме, с достаточным количеством предложений.
По лоту 2 - запрос будет оформлен в отдельный тендер по конкретной модели, так как в текущей процедуре много информации прошло в "режиме допзапросов", без прозрачных для всех участников торгов.
