Обоснование: В связи с тем, что суммы предложенные подрядчиками превышает бюджет. Назначена переторжка на понижение стоимости услуг. Подрядчик в переторжке не учувствовали, в связи с этим тендер признать не состоявшимся, так как суммы предложенные подрядчиком превышают бюджет.
