12.1. победителем закупки услуг по комплексной уборке и охране помещений и территорий, а также по техническому (сервисному) обслуживанию и текущей эксплуатации оборудования и инженерных систем зданий ТЦ «Esentai Mall», а также прилегающей территории, по Лотам № 1, 2 и 3 признать заявку ТОО «M-Line Property Management» на сумму 1 371 506 854,00 (один миллиард триста семьдесят один миллион пятьсот шесть тысяч восемьсот пятьдесят четыре) тенге без учета НДС, на 36 месяцев
(цена поставщика изменена в сторону уменьшения)
