Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Участвуя в данной процедуре и подписывая договор в случае победы по одному или нескольким лотам , Поставщик безусловно соглашается на проведение за свой счет замены в случае нареканий Заказчика на качество картриджа, и подтверждает свою возможность исполнения данного условия.
Все расходы на логистику при гарантийной замене картриджей возлагаются на Поставщика.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
