Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:В течении 30 календарных дней по факту поставки
Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется по заявкам Заказчика в течении 3-х месяцев со дня заключения договора. Отпуск товара в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня получения Заявки.

Comments:
Участником процедуры должен быть либо производитель материалов и оборудования, либо уполномоченный дилер завода-изготовителя.
Товар должен быть новый, не бывший в эксплуатации и соответствовать ГОСТ. Толеранс +/- 3% от заявленного количества каждой позиции.
Товар должен быть цельный, без обрезков. Изоляция и оболочка провода (кабеля) должна быть в закрытом виде, без вмятин, порезов и вскрытий.
Срок гарантии на поставляемый товар должен составлять не менее 24 месяцев с даты подписания накладной на поставку товара.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
