Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

К заявке в обязательном порядке должны быть приложены:
- Коммерческое предложения (КП) с указанием всех условии) - Файл «Форма ЦП» - прошу заполнить данную форму если нет своей формы
- Заполненная Регистрационная Анкета в формате Excel и PDF (с подписью и печатью) совместно со всеми документами, указанными в Анкете
- Подписанное гарантийное письмо в свободной форме, о Согласии на общие и Особые условия Договора приложенного к документации закупа
- Подписанное гарантийное письмо в свободной форме о согласии на распределение затрат.
- Подписанное Письмо о незаинтересованности, приложенного к документации закупа
- Подписанное письмо о полном соответствие предложения, Техническому заданию (ТЗ) и Технической спецификации
- Свидетельство НДС (при наличии)
- Принимается только договор заказчика, вложенный в документацию закупа
- Потенциальный поставщик должен приехать на проект для снятия размеров.
- Предоставить подтверждение о наличии необходимого персонала
Срок выполнения работ не более 40 (сорока календарных) дней.
Наличие сертификатов на материалы. Опыт работы не менее 1 года.
Поставщик должен иметь свидетельство о государственной регистрации.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
