Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Предоставление подтверждающего документа о том, что участник является завод-изготовителем либо официальным представителем завода изготовителя закупаемого товара с обязательным подтверждением статуса: • для завода изготовителя/ производителя - сертификат происхождения товара, сертификат соответствия либо другой документ подтверждающий статус производителя; • для дилеров /дистрибьютеров - сертификат дилера/дистрибьютера; • для официальных представителей - договор или письмо, подтверждающее взаимоотношение с заводом изготовителем/производителем. В случае отсутствия документа на языках проводимого конкурса, необходимо предоставить нотариально засвидетельствованный перевод такого документа.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
