Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
Согласно ТЗ, во вложении. Права выборки товара остается за покупателем. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении. Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом.
1. Необходимо обязательно прикрепить коммерческое предложение. (форма ЦП в приложении)


2. Обязательно заполнить / подписать регистрационную анкету, Гарантийное письмо, квалификационные требования и письмо о незаинтересованности.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Заявки без запрашиваемых документов и КП будут отклонены.
Процедура закупки: ДВУХЭТАПНАЯ При поставке товара предоставить подтверждающие документы: сертификат соответствия или сертификат качества.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
