Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Коммерческое предложение должно включать затраты на устройство/монтаж аспирационной установки, приобретение материалов и оборудования, обеспечение сотрудников необходимым инвентарем и инструментами, эксплуатация машин и механизмов, проживание сотрудников, комплекс медицинских анализов. Транспортные, командировочные расходы и все иные расходы необходимые для выполнения работ. Сроки выполнения работ.
