Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

4. Приложить техническую спецификацию, заверенную подписью первого руководителя и печатью, в которой указывается страна происхождения, завод-изготовитель, наименование модели и технические характеристики предлагаемого к поставке товара.
5. Завод-изготовитель или официальный представитель . 1. Для завода изготовителя/ производителя - сертификат происхождения товара; 2. Для дилеров /дистрибьютеров - сертификат дилера/дистрибьютера; 3. Для официальных представителей - договор или письмо, подтверждающее взаимоотношение с заводом изготовителем/производителем или с торговой сетью/компанией завода изготовителя/производителя. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывший в употреблении. Товар на момент поставки не должен состоять в аресте, а так же освобожден от третьих лиц.
Закуп строго на заказу на отгрузку.
