Конкурсная заявка участника должна содержать:
1. Подписанное Гарантийное письмо квалификационных требований;
2. Подписанное письмо о незаинтересованности;
3. Согласованный проект Договора;
4.Скан копия лицензии на СМР не менее 3 категории;
5. Гарантий на работоспособность оборудования не менее 1 года
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
