Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

4. Завод изготовитель или официальный представитель завода изготовителя. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывший в употреблении. Товар на момент поставки не должен состоять в аресте, а так же освобожден от третьих лиц. К заявке на участие должна быть предоставлена техническая спецификация по данному лоту с подписью и печатью поставщика. В технической спецификации указывается страна происхождения, завод-изготовитель, наименование модели и технические характеристики предлагаемого к поставке товара
