3. Принимается только типовой договор (особые условия), вложенный в документацию закупа
4. Если не аккредитованный поставщик заполнение Анкеты и предоставления всех запрошенных документов для регистрации
5. Обязательное подписание Письма о незаинтересованности и квалификационных требовании
