Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

1. Полное соответствие предложении Техническому заданию (ТЗ),
2. Обязательное предоставление Коммерческого предложения (КП) с указанием всех условии (срок поставки, условия поставки и тд) - Файл «Форма ЦП» - прошу заполнить данную форму если нет своей формы
3. Принимается только типовой договор, вложенный в документацию закупа, с возможностью включения индексации с разделением рисков 50/50, форма индексации отражена в Протоколе разногласии,
4. Заполнить за маркированное желтым в Типовом договоре.
5. Если не аккредитованный поставщик заполнение Анкеты и предоставления всех запрошенных документов для регистрации
6. Обязательное подписание Письма о незаинтересованности и квалификационных требовании
