Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Заказчик оплачивает стоимость услуг и использованных запасных частей и материалов Исполнителя в соответствии с выполненным объёмом работ на основании Исполнителя и акта выполненных работ (оказанных услуг), а в случае приобретения отдельно товара без оказания услуг, на основании счёта-фактуры и накладной, подписанных представителями обеих Сторон.
3.2. Заказчик осуществляет платежи не позднее 7 (семи) рабочих дней со дня предоставления счёта-фактуры и акта выполненных работ (оказанных услуг) или накладной.
Delivery terms:
Оплата кузовных и малярных работ автомобиля осуществляется на условиях предоплаты в размере 100% от общей стоимости таких работ, в течение 7 (семи) рабочих дней со дня выставления Исполнителем счета на оплату.
