Ranking of bids

Обоснование: После проведенной переторжки касательно позиции:
4. Товара "Набор слесарно монтажный инструмент 82 предмета" победителем тендера считать поставщика ИП AV Company (Участник 2) так как он предложил наименьшую цену за товар.
Касательно позиций 1,2,3,5 все заявки отклонены, по причине участия одного поставщика. Необходимо провести тендер повторно.
