-Лицензия/аттестат/сертификат (документ, подтверждающий право на оказание услуг) (при необходимости)
-Подписанное Письмо о незаинтересованности, приложенного к документации закупа
- Подписанное гарантийное письмо о соответствие участника квалификационным требованиям, приложенного к документации закупа
- Свидетельство НДС (при наличии).
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
