Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

4. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывший в употреблении. Строго по заказу на отгрузку, право выборки товара остается за покупателем. Товар на момент поставки не должен состоять в аресте, а так же освобожден от третьих лиц. К заявке на участие должна быть предоставлена техническая спецификация по данному лоту с подписью и печатью поставщика. В технической спецификации указывается страна происхождения, завод-изготовитель, наименование модели и технические характеристики предлагаемого к поставке товара.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
